Practical steps

From issue to proposal

Define scale, evidence, options, cost, partners and measurable results.

Common priorities

Safety, information, privacy, health, transport, language, children, sport, work and neighbourhood relations are frequent themes.

Monitor delivery

Record commitments, responsible persons and review dates. Where relevant, use participation, neighbourhood platforms, municipal council or Woo.

Do we need signatures?

Not always, but they can show that an issue is shared.

Who may submit a proposal?

Any resident. Collective proposals can be coordinated through a representative or council.

What if the municipality does not reply?

Send a reminder with the case number and raise it in a meeting or with the municipal council.
